Observation notes: Unsure if repeated observations of same species is wanted. Certainly over time the information could be useful. This is in almost identical location as previous week as we are donig surveys for NMBMN regularly over this summer.

Coordinator notes: tjay, I appreciate your thoughtful question. BAMONA is largely a mapping and ID project in which multiple sightings of the same species at the same spot have limited value. Anna Walker's monitoring program, on the other hand, is more designed to accept and make good use of repeated observations because she is looking for changes at specific locations over time. probably no need to have the exact same data in both places. BAMONA would like to have each species you observe on your transect, but not every time you see it. Is that helpful?
