Coordinator notes: Correct ID...of note...based on genetics, most all populations of ringlets in North America are not the species tullia but now belong under the oldest NA name...california. A few populations of tullia (largely a Holarctic species in the Old World) are identified in the high arctic in western Canada and Alaska. Mike
