Observation notes: Cool. Alternating sunny and cloudy. These butterflies hide on the ground often among strawberry leaves when it clouds over. Mature spruce, Subalpine Fir and Lodgepole Pine forest surrounding high elevation wetlands. Probably not harvested yet for that reason.
