Observation notes: This butterfly and others were going to this grass as if it was giving off nectar, This same grass started growing in our yard after feeding bird seed. very invasive but if the butterflies would use it to sip on in our yard I would let it grow! This is a lifer even though its a beater very exciting to see. Sure not common where we went. Only saw two. Hot Clear many people hiking canyon the day we went. Weekend seemed safer! Had a good guide and a Great Day! Thanks Peter!
