Date notes: Feasting on New Guinea Impatients it grew to about 3.5 inches long and was quite hefty before it disappeared. I haven't been able to find a cocoon.

Observation notes: It had been in the mid 90's and very humid, 90+%. The caterpillar continiously fed on this one plant for about 2 weeks b4 it disappeared. It grew quickly to about the size of my index finger.
