Observation notes: Unfortunately no photo with it open but the top side of the wings were very blue. It was roughly the size of a quarter. Seemed to be looking for water. It was flying around quite a bit but once it found the wet area on the lawn where I was working it landed on wet leaves and looked like it was licking them.
